Double Occupancy: $37.50 per person, per night

Smith Hall, located four blocks from the Wisconsin Union, offers comfortable "student-style" single and double occupancy rooms with single/twin beds in a smoke-free environment.  Shared bathrooms serve 2-3 adjacent guest rooms and provide a private shower area. 

All rooms are air-conditioned and include bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels, washcloths, drinking cups and soap.  The following services and amenities are also included in every room: daily housekeeping service, small refrigerator, clock, telephone with free local calls, and free wired high-speed Internet and cable television connections.  Televisions are located in the shared lounge areas. 

Phone cards, irons/ironing boards, Internet cables and other items are available for sale or rental at the 24-hour hall desk.  Laundry facilities and vending machines are also provided in the building.   

Parking is not included with your residence hall accommodations.  Parking permits should be ordered through the Wisconsin Union when registering for the conference.

The Madison Concourse Hotel

The Concourse is located 8 blocks from the meeting site and close to State Street shops and restaurants. All rooms have queen size beds and private bathrooms. A complimentary shuttle is offered to and from the airport as well as the meeting site. Parking for conference participants is available at $7/day, to be paid at the hotel.

Included with every room are the following services/facilities/amenities: Indoor pool and solarium, coffeemaker, ironing board and iron, television, alarm clock radio, phone, voice mail message system, and computer hook-ups.
